I cant tap on the areas I need to go for my next mission this game is horrible

So I bought this game, and it was awesome! I loved it until I got to the part when I battled ronin in his mech. When he was flying, I damaged him pretty quickly, but when he came to the ground, it was impossible. Literally. He didnt even get damaged. I mean, WHAT A RIP-OFF! That is the only flaw in this game.

Hey if you like Ninjago and have five dollars get this game very funny with a good storyline. There wasnt a glitch with me so GET THE GAME!!

I played on Chens island, and it was super fun, but once I got to Spinjago Chase, it stated to glitch on me. At the part were you jump from vertical peg to vertical peg, it wouldnt let me jump on the last once cause "the stranger" was on it. I tried o jump and knock him off, but it didnt work. Please fix it. Also, I obsess about the show, it is amazing. I finally got sound for the game once I put ear buds in. It sounds like they all have the exact same voice as each other. There is no difference. It bugs me so much because their voices really gives them their character. Zanes voice is supposed to be a deeper, robotic sort of voice versus Jay whos voice is higher with a lot of enthusiasm. Even Wu and Darreth have the same voice as the ninja.

My son and I loved playing this game together but as of this morning we cant play for more than a few minutes and the game crashes. Tried on multiple devices and its the same on all. PLEASE FIX!!!!

I love to play the game but when I deleted it I could not restore my game please fix this I was really far in the game I finished it actually and I am really sad and I dont want to redo the game all over again
